OUR STORY
When we started this journey five years ago, we had no idea what we were getting into. We were just two accountants driven to make a change in our industry. We knew what it was like working in traditional firms, and although the service offering was always great, we really thought there was a way to improve customer engagement and experience.
We had a vision of what an accounting firm could be. We wanted to be an extension of our customer’s businesses. The goal was and is to help our clients scale and be as close to their team as possible in that journey, all the while providing an incredible service via the latest and greatest tech and talent.
We’re not perfect and there’s still a lot of work to do but we are so proud of how far we have come.
Being recognized as a leader in the Cloud Accounting space in North America just makes us want to work even harder to bring an even better service to our clients in the coming year(s).
Beyond helping a businesses with their compliance, our aim is to achieve their short-term and long-term objectives. Online accounting technology provides us with the opportunity to change the business landscape. This award validates the innovation and high standards our team sets so we can continue providing more guidance and value to our customers.

THE AWARDS
We accepted the award in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico alongside other Xero accounting and app partners.
Winners were judged across a number of criteria including innovation, ability to boost productivity and provide client solutions, strong marketing strategies, certification, and usage of cloud technology tools to provide value to small business customers. This year’s Xero Americas Awards 2018 judging panel included key executives from Xero and guest judge Ranica Arrowsmith, technology editor at Accounting Today.
