Vergil Awa is a Certified Public Accountant with over seven years of experience in financial reporting, month-end close, audit, budgeting, and compliance. Most recently, he was a Senior Management Accountant providing outsourced CFO and management accounting services to construction clients. Before that, he was promoted to lead a team of five and managed financial reporting for around 150 client entities at a trust and corporate services firm. He began his career in audit at a Big Four firm and later worked as a Finance Analyst.

He holds a BS in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is Xero Advisor and QuickBooks Online certified.
